Description

You will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP to support AI-driven drug discovery workflows, collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers to develop production pipelines using Nextflow, Airflow, and MLflow. Join a small agile team where your work directly impacts finding treatments for rare diseases.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience with a cloud platform, ideally AWS
• Proponent of infrastructure as code, ideally with Terraform
• Experience building and scaling CI/CD pipelines
• Solid coding skills in Python or Go
• Automation mindset with experience in Airflow or similar workflow tools

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure for AI drug discovery
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI
• Ensure security, availability, and observability across cloud estate
• Collaborate with data scientists to automate production pipelines (Nextflow, Airflow, MLflow, KNIME)
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining system design and testing
