💼 About This Role

You'll provide venipuncture and clinical support services while delivering an exceptional patient experience in a primary care setting. You'll remove barriers to care and serve as an ambassador for patients. This role combines lab work with administrative duties across multiple offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture on patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification
• Assist with specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, and other clinical tasks
• Manage patient messages, lab cases, and clerical duties

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
