You'll lead end-to-end collections for a lending portfolio, managing both tele-calling and field teams to drive resolution strategies. Your core impact is improving portfolio health and delinquency management through data-driven performance monitoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections across delinquency buckets (0–30, 31–60, higher DPD)
• Design tele-calling strategies and optimize dialer performance
• Lead field collection teams and ensure compliance with regulations
• Drive monthly collection targets and improve resolution ratios

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in collections or lending operations
• Experience managing large on-ground and tele-calling teams
• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in MIS and analytics for performance tracking
