🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a team of ML experts as site leader.
• Manage fine-tuning systems for large foundation models.
• Implement end-to-end training pipelines for LLMs.
• Oversee distillation and reinforcement learning pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years industry experience leading AI projects.
• Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Multimodal).
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning LLMs with Reinforcement Learning.

• PhD in ML, CS, NLP, or related field.
