You'll lead the Product Design team at Modo Casino, a top Social+ platform in the US. You'll define design standards, own the design system, and drive player-centered experiences across six product squads. This hands-on leadership role lets you mentor designers while directly contributing to polished, mobile-first designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UI/UX designers.
• Own and evolve the Modo design system across mobile and web.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on polished player experiences.
• Champion user research and improve key UX flows like onboarding and purchase.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• 1-2 years leading or managing a design team.
• Mobile-first consumer product design portfolio with complex interactions.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience owning a design system.

• Experience in gaming, social casino, or sweepstakes.
• Background in gamified or engagement-driven products.
• Familiarity with animation and motion design.
