Description

You will lead the technical training team to develop and deliver comprehensive training content for Anduril's advanced hardware and software, ensuring customers (military, government, commercial) understand product capabilities. You'll strategize, manage content lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and customers, and act as lead instructor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical content strategy aligned with product roadmap and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers, instructional designers, and content strategists.
• Oversee creation, curation, and maintenance of technical training content, including AR/VR integration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to proactively identify content needs.
• Build relationships with customers to understand information needs and advocate for user-centric content.
