💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our hubs. You'll coordinate deliveries and ensure top customer satisfaction. This part-time role offers rapid pay increases through a performance-based program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods and working outdoors
