Description

You will own the strategy and execution for contractor activation, engagement, and proposal conversion across the marketplace, building playbooks and translating frontline insights into improvements to drive marketplace health.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or contractor/vendor enablement at marketplace organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes from performance data
• Exceptional communication skills to build credibility with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure; track record of improving performance

Responsibilities

• Drive contractor activation and engagement across markets, improving acceptance rates and responsiveness
• Identify root causes of low engagement and design proactive campaigns targeting inactive contractors
• Remove friction between accepted work orders and published proposals
• Own contractor performance metrics, build training resources, and enable scalable processes
• Surface patterns in decline reasons, UX friction, and supply-demand imbalances from contractor conversations
