You will lead a team of product designers across LTK's native iOS and Android apps for Creators and Consumers, driving measurable business impact through design strategy, team development, and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years designing digital products, 2+ years directly managing product designers
- Experience shipping high-quality native iOS and Android experiences
- Proven ability to influence roadmap direction and shape product strategy
- Experience using product and business metrics to evaluate impact
- Systems mindset connecting design systems, operating models, and scalability
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of product designers
- Translate company strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problems and success metrics
- Raise the craft bar across interaction, visual, and content quality in native apps
- Strengthen and evolve the design system to support scalable experiences
