💼 About This Role

You'll lead production operations for Sphere Studios, driving operational execution and strategic initiatives from creative concept to final delivery. You'll partner with studio leaders across Creative Design, Production, Post, VFX and Show Delivery to shape the studio's direction. This role offers the opportunity to scale operational capabilities and take on people leadership responsibilities as the function evolves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Production, Creative and Finance teams to develop and track budgets.
• Develop SOPs, strategic plans, and optimize processes with Business Operations.
• Oversee implementation of operational and production management processes.
• Streamline interdepartmental reporting for transparent project tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in production operations or production management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel data manipulation.
• AI literacy required.
• Exceptional presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Experience with residencies, events, or large-scale venues.
• Knowledge of VFX or show delivery workflows.
