📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with experimental design and statistics
• Experience collaborating with product development teams
• Prior experience as a people manager
• Experience with large-scale data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Spark)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ethical data management and privacy
• Experience with Superset, Growthbook, or similar tools
• Contributed to Wikimedia projects or open source
