You'll build mission-critical infrastructure for Waymo's ride-hailing and fleet management systems, collaborating across teams to solve hard, real-world problems like world simulation for autonomous vehicle software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop systems and processes.
• Scale systems for commercial expansion and growing complexity.
• Solve problems like world simulation for regression testing.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Backend or infrastructure experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with C++, Java, or related language.
• Experience working with nontechnical team members.
• Experience with operations tooling or developer productivity.
