You'll design and deliver enablement programs to boost the effectiveness of sales, SDR, customer success, and marketing teams. Your work will directly impact ramp time, win rates, and revenue performance. This role offers the chance to own content in Seismic and partner cross-functionally.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and deliver training programs and workshops.
  • Develop onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks and talk tracks.
  • Manage and optimize content within Seismic.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3โ€“7 years of Sales Enablement experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC).
  • Experience managing content platforms like Seismic.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with enablement tools like Chorus or ZoomInfo.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to tie efforts to business outcomes.
