Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care. This role is rooted in harm reduction with a low-barrier, compassionate approach that prioritizes patient autonomy and choice.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the listed states
• 2 years of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care
• Reside in an eligible state and meet independent practice requirements where applicable
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
