You'll lead the evolution of our data stack from pipelines to platform, building infrastructure that powers product intelligence and financial reporting. You'll directly help clinicians run more efficient businesses by enabling accessible insights on no-show trends and client engagement. **This role collaborates across Analytics, ML, Product, and Engineering** to make data a first-class product at SimplePractice.

Requirements

• **BS/MS** in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• **7+ years** in Data or Analytics Engineering
• **Expert in SQL** and data modeling (relational, dimensional, semantic)
• **Proven experience** in data warehouse design with Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Analytics and Engineering to build scalable data systems
• Lead technical vision and architecture for short-term and long-term horizons
• Create company-wide alignment through standardized metrics
• Manage the complete data stack from ingestion through consumption
