💼 About This Role

You'll perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll play a key role in delivering first-rate vehicles to customers while enjoying 100% company-paid healthcare and other perks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with heavy plastic welding
• Metal pulling or stud welding skills
• Prior experience training other technicians
