Description

You will create and lead a recreational program that includes activities, hobby building, physical events, and holiday celebrations to support clients' wellness and recovery. This role is part of a holistic approach focusing on behavioral skills, medication support, dietary teaching, and pre-vocational training to help clients achieve independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational, music, dance, art, or recreation therapy
• Registered or eligible for registration as occupational, music, dance, art, or recreation therapist
• Valid California driver's license
• 2 years experience in social or recreational program within past 5 years, including 1 year full-time in client activities in healthcare
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and lead recreational program with activities, hobbies, physical activities, and holiday events
• Support client wellness through recreational therapy as part of holistic care
