You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve financial targets in a high-growth cannabis retail environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue
• Model selling behaviors and coach team on customer service best practices
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, task delegation, and scheduling
• Supervise cash handling and inventory management

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years retail customer service experience in high-paced environment
• 1+ years retail supervisory experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English
