💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI-augmented growth engine for a high-growth B2B SaaS platform, owning the demand strategy from acquisition to customer expansion. Your core impact will be scaling predictable pipeline and revenue across North America and EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Architect automated growth loops across the tech stack
  • Own delivery of Sales Accepted Opportunities and qualified pipeline
  • Design go-to-market strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Build lifecycle programs driving upsell and platform adoption

📋 Requirements

  • Leadership experience in growth marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes
  • Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, and lifecycle
  • Hands-on AI fluency embedding AI tools into marketing workflows
