💼 About This Role

You'll lead a zero-to-one role building VDO.AI's capital strategy and investor relationships from scratch. You'll drive end-to-end fundraising initiatives and evaluate strategic opportunities to unlock long-term value. This is a high-impact role working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives from scratch.
• Build relationships with global PE and growth investors.
• Develop investor materials including pitch decks and financial models.
• Execute strategic transactions including M&A and partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier institution.
• 8-15 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong track record in fundraising or M&A.
• Excellent skills in financial modeling and valuation.
