Description

You will provide mid-level field service support for the Segmented Enterprise Mission Environment (SEME) in a government cloud environment, supporting SOF users with systems, networking, and cloud troubleshooting. You'll operate independently in a high-tempo setting, handling Tier 1/2 support, training users, and maintaining security compliance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 4-8 years relevant IT experience
• Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II)
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP)

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for SEME cloud environment
• Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues
• Perform root cause analysis and system troubleshooting
• Assist with configuration management, access control, and user provisioning
• Deliver New Equipment Training and user guidance
