You'll lead and grow the Agents engineering team, building AI agents that navigate the digital world. Your team will solve open problems in AI, from training action models to designing secure-by-design agentic capabilities. This role offers the chance to work at the frontier of AI agents and collaborate with co-founders on strategic objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership across multiple product layers.
• Develop and leverage cutting-edge AI models and infrastructure.
• Guide the team's system architectures and product roadmaps.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for the team.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Domain expertise in context engineering or post-training or browser technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with frontier models.
• Strong organizational skills for parallel projects.
