๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the face of Legora for a portfolio of law firms, owning relationships from onboarding through expansion. You'll drive sustained product adoption and act as a trusted strategic advisor to legal leaders, aligning our AI-native workspace to client goals. This role blends customer success and commercial strategy in a fast-growing legal tech startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of law firms
- Lead complex rollouts in partnership with Legal Engineers
- Drive adoption through enablement and success plans
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in client advisory, B2B SaaS customer-facing role, or legal field
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion
- Exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to legal tech or regulated industries (plus, not required)
