You'll serve as the face of Legora for a portfolio of law firms, owning relationships from onboarding through expansion. You'll drive sustained product adoption and act as a trusted strategic advisor to legal leaders, aligning our AI-native workspace to client goals. This role blends customer success and commercial strategy in a fast-growing legal tech startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of law firms
  • Lead complex rollouts in partnership with Legal Engineers
  • Drive adoption through enablement and success plans
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in client advisory, B2B SaaS customer-facing role, or legal field
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion
  • Exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to legal tech or regulated industries (plus, not required)
