You'll join BriteCore's technical services team, helping P&C insurers succeed with our cloud-native Policy Administration System. You'll troubleshoot complex issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. This fully remote role offers the chance to work with a modern tech stack and a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex customer issues via phone, email, and video
• Diagnose problems using debuggers, logs, MySQL, and Python
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with DevOps on DataDog monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Computer Science degree or related field
• 4+ years of complex ticketing experience
• Advanced MySQL query execution and data analysis skills
• Intermediate Python coding proficiency
