🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage BMS projects from contract award through closeout
• Partner with Controls Engineers and Technicians on system design
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Own change order identification, pricing, and approval

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of BMS project management experience
• Working knowledge of BMS controls systems and sequences
• Experience with Niagara, Distech, or Tridium platforms
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and technical plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with controls networks like BACnet or Modbus
• Familiarity with commissioning workflows
• Knowledge of construction documents
