You'll manage the Target account for Well People, driving net sales growth and market share through strategic planning and execution. You'll develop sales plans, optimize distribution and merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced beauty environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with Target and internal partners.
• Develop strategy for Target to deliver net sales growth and profitability.
• Partner with demand planning for complete and timely forecasts.
• Execute retail merchandising strategies to achieve company and retailer goals.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience in beauty or CPG
• Experience working with Target
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Experience with Vendor Income management
• Knowledge of planogram and assortment processes
