You'll build and scale customer education and center of excellence programs for a compensation software leader. Your work will drive adoption, outcomes, and retention across the post-sales lifecycle.   • Design and operationalize customer best practices and playbooks
  • Lead development of customer education content and programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to align customer programs with business priorities
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS post-sales functions
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience building scaled customer programs and playbooks
  • Strong analytical orientation to assess impact
