You'll build and scale customer education and center of excellence programs for a compensation software leader. Your work will drive adoption, outcomes, and retention across the post-sales lifecycle. This role combines strategy with execution, leveraging AI-forward approaches to improve personalization and efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and operationalize customer best practices and playbooks
- Lead development of customer education content and programs
- Partner cross-functionally to align customer programs with business priorities
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS post-sales functions
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience building scaled customer programs and playbooks
- Strong analytical orientation to assess impact
