You will drive new business within the enterprise employer market, owning a regional territory and leading full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. This high-impact role shapes our growth trajectory and establishes our brand as a leading cost containment and member experience solution in healthcare.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling healthcare, digital health, or benefits solutions to enterprise employers
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystem including brokers and consulting channels
- Consultative, strategic seller with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working in early-stage, high-growth environment with autonomy and ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own territory and execute go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers
- Build and manage pipeline of employer prospects through direct outreach and broker relationships
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, proposal development to negotiation and close
- Engage senior stakeholders across Benefits, HR, Finance, and Total Rewards to position value proposition
- Represent OneImaging at industry events and broker forums to build brand awareness
