You'll drive commercial growth and own the full sales cycle for Topsort's retail media platform in LATAM. You'll build pipeline through outbound and networking, becoming a trusted advisor to retailers and marketplaces.
π― What You'll Do
- Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas across assigned regions
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to contract
- Build pipeline through outbound, events, and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams on timelines and terms
π Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from top university
- 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of owning deals and outcomes
- Strong communication and structured thinking
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or mar-tech
- Familiarity with retail or marketplace monetization
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English
