💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering amazing customer experiences and driving sales at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role stands out for its mission-driven focus combining pop culture with hunger relief.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
