You'll design and implement technology and operational solutions to help firms migrate assets and scale efficiently. This role offers exceptional growth into a senior solutions role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support high-value RIA opportunities across the full sales cycle.
• Map current-state custodial workflows and design target-state architectures.
• Lead implementations, integrations, and advisor enablement.
• Deliver customized demos showing how Altruist improves advisor workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in financial services or wealth management operations.
• Deep domain expertise in RIA technology stacks and custodial platforms.
• Strong consultative problem-solving and technical design skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Altruist platform or similar custodial technology.
• Background in sales engineering or pre-sales support.
