• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategy for awareness and conversions
• Develop audience segmentation and positioning for target personas
• Plan and orchestrate product launches and campaign milestones
• Lead rapid experimentation with measurement frameworks like PostHog

• Proven track record building awareness and acquisition channels with measurable results
• Deep audience intuition for positioning and channel selection
• Strong copywriting and narrative development across channels
• Analytical acumen with experimentation, analytics, and automation tools
