You'll design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline for lead conversion systems at a real estate tech company. Your work directly impacts how many leads convert to closed transactions. This role owns AWS Connect integration and automated re-engagement flows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build pre-CRM nurturing pipeline
• Own and operate AWS Connect integration
• Build and maintain unclaimed lead management
• Develop lead readiness scoring

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years developing high-performance software applications
• Experience with Go, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
• 3+ years using AWS / cloud technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS Connect or similar CCaaS experience
• Lead scoring or ML-based ranking
• AI agent or LLM integration experience
