You will conduct in-person consultations with patients, guide them through procedure options, and coordinate care with the surgical team. Your role is to educate patients, build a strong pipeline, and ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven sales success in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consultative selling, preferably in aesthetics
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to exceed goals and manage KPIs
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations with new and returning patients
• Educate patients on procedures, process, and financing options
• Coordinate follow-up with clinical team and patients
• Build and manage a patient pipeline with proactive follow-up
• Serve as a leader within the center, keeping team focused on patient experience
