🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate personal safety incidents and make policy-based determinations
• Manage cases involving trauma, harm, or brand risk with trauma-informed methodology
• Document investigations through written reports and summaries
• Collaborate with safety teams to develop and enhance policies and tools

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in customer experience, mediation, social work, psychology, or emergency services
• Fluent Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Background in advocacy, crisis management, or clinical/non-clinical social work
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks and communications

• University degree and/or 3+ years relevant experience
