You'll own operational transformation in a high-growth manufacturing company, defining material flow and throughput. You will design scalable processes, build metrics infrastructure, and drive cross-functional alignment. This role offers real ownership and the chance to shape company growth from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) as single source of truth
• Design and optimize facility layouts for current and future scaling
• Lead line balancing and workstation redesign to maximize output
• Define and own operational metrics and build leadership dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations
• Proven end-to-end ownership of operational challenges with execution
• Hands-on production floor experience with line balancing and layout
• Cross-functional experience across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to MES/ERP systems
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Background in high-mix manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive
