You'll lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment, nurturing independence and deep learning. Your guidance helps each child develop focus, confidence, and a belief in their abilities. This role offers sponsored Montessori training and a supportive network of educators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to support physical, intellectual, and emotional development
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a child-related field
• Required ECE or Child Development credits
