💼 About This Role

You'll own and mature the internal IT function, using Serval's own ITSM platform to lead infrastructure projects and ensure smooth operations. You'll pressure-test the product daily and feed insights directly to Engineering. This is a key role in a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead identity and access infrastructure (SSO, RBAC, SAML/SCIM).
• Drive SaaS governance and eliminate shadow IT.
• Standardize device management and offboarding policies.
• Own day-to-day IT operations and support.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT engineering/operations.
• Proven project ownership of infrastructure initiatives.
• Deep Okta expertise and modern auth/provisioning.
• Automation-minded with endpoint management (macOS, Kandji).

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, low-code).
• Zero-trust or just-in-time access tooling exposure.
• Startup or high-growth IT process building.
• Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, Vanta).
