💼 About This Role

You'll build long-lasting relationships with individuals with disabilities as a Companion/Buddy. Your work will help develop their independence through community and home-based activities. This part-time afternoon role offers flexible scheduling and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build one-on-one relationships with clients a few hours weekly.
• Spend time on client's hobbies like Special Olympics.
• Support clients in developing independence and achieving goals.
• Ensure client safety and well-being in home and community.

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Passion for providing opportunities to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• No experience required.
