Description

You will own a critical part of the Ordergroove Relationship Commerce platform, shaping product strategy and shipping AI-powered experiences that help brands transform transactional commerce into lasting customer relationships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive merchant growth, cross-functional alignment, and customer-centric innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
• Track record of delivering measurable impact at scale on complex product surfaces
• Curiosity about and exposure to AI or ML-powered product experiences
• Strong customer empathy and experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights
• Excellent partnership and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive the Merchant Growth Roadmap – own onboarding, incentives, cancellations, and daily workflows
• Ship AI-powered experiences such as agents, intelligent automation, and personalization
• Apply an experience-first lens to merchant-facing workflows for best-in-class self-service
• Operate as a visible product owner with exposure to senior leadership
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and GTM teams
