You'll define and execute Vanta's company-wide data infrastructure strategy. You'll deliver critical insights for product teams and partner with executive leadership. This role combines leading analytics teams embedded across EPD with owning the data platform and architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Vanta's data infrastructure strategy
• Partner with executives to align data priorities with business goals
• Lead teams delivering actionable insights and analytics roadmap
• Architect scalable data systems in Snowflake, DBT, and Dagster

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics
• Depth of subject matter expertise in SaaS companies at scale
• Deep understanding of modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow)
• Experience establishing unified data definitions and governance
