💼 About This Role

You'll lead Games Family Services at multiple competition venues for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You'll ensure world-class service for IOC, IPC, and dignitaries while managing a cluster of venues. This role offers a chance to shape the hospitality operations for a historic global event.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as GFS expert at multiple LA28 competition venues
• Develop and apply GFS policies, procedures, and plans
• Select and train GFS Venue Managers and volunteers
• Coordinate with Protocol, IOC, and other functional areas

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years work experience in large event or multi-sport Games environment
• 5+ years direct people management of 10+ individuals
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or multi-department initiatives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)

✨ Nice to Have

• Training experience
• Experience in multi-lingual settings
• Knowledge of other languages
