You'll oversee crew staffing goals and execute vacancy, vacation, and schedule bids for pilots and flight attendants at a Las Vegas-based airline. Your analysis ensures cost-effective base staffing and regulatory compliance across all fleets. This role offers direct impact on operational efficiency and collaboration with multiple departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with Network Planning to create optimized flight pairings
• Develop monthly schedule bidding resources and bid preparation documents
• Audit bid data for regulatory and CBA compliance accuracy
• Create crew schedules using PBS while maintaining FAR and CBA compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years total airline industry experience
• Minimum 3 years in part 135/121 scheduling/dispatching or crew scheduling/planning
• Exceptional Excel skills with formulas for data mining

✨ Nice to Have

• Airline experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Working knowledge of FAR 121 and FAR 117 operations
• Experience with PBS and optimization software
