You'll own supplier onboarding and help shape a scalable procurement function at a fast-growing hotel tech unicorn. You'll create structure, improve processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. This hands-on role offers real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own supplier onboarding as your core responsibility
• Help shape and embed scalable supplier onboarding in Coupa
• Coordinate supplier setup, documentation, and due diligence
• Support risk assessment and compliance checks during onboarding
• Assist with procure-to-pay activities and spot buy negotiations

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding or related process
• Good understanding of procurement basics and purchase requisition workflows
• Exposure to compliance or risk-related checks in vendor context
• Experience in procurement or accounts payable

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Coupa
• Understanding of sanction screening or supplier risk requirements
• Experience in a process-driven environment
