You'll support end-to-end recruiting for A1's product, engineering, and business roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Your core impact is keeping hiring moving smoothly and accurately in a hands-on, execution-focused role. It's a great opportunity to learn high-quality technical recruiting from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
