🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional clinical study execution teams
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Oversee CRO and vendor selection and management
• Analyze data health metrics and drive query resolution

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years direct clinical operations experience in pharma/biotech
• 4+ years cross-functional study management or leadership
• Working knowledge of FDA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, and GCP
• Proven ability to start-up, manage, and close-out clinical trials

✨ Nice to Have

• Oncology experience (early and/or late stage)
• Knowledge of Ex-US region clinical trial operations
• Experience mentoring junior staff
