You will develop and execute the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with business priorities. You'll work closely with the CMO and People Team, crafting engaging narratives and producing high-impact internal events like Town Halls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies supporting company priorities and change initiatives
• Translate complex business updates into clear, engaging employee narratives
• Create content for internal channels like email, intranet, newsletters, and digital signage
• Own end-to-end production of company Town Halls
• Partner with executives to develop talking points, scripts, and presentation materials
