💼 About This Role

You'll lead tower crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication towers as a senior-level field technician. Your work will ensure safety, quality, and compliance on every site. This role offers leadership training and career growth in a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tower crew operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Climb and perform work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install and troubleshoot antennas, cables, and mounts.
• Conduct sweep, PIM, and fiber testing.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive wireless tower construction experience.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from accredited institution.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.
• NWSA or other relevant certifications.
