You'll be the go-to partner helping clients bring healthcare benefits to life, from onboarding new groups to day-to-day support. You'll work with Customer Success and Sales to ensure a smooth client experience and contribute to process improvements in ICHRA operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver standout client experience via phone, text, email, chat.
• Resolve issues related to HRA compliance and billing within SLA.
• Problem-solve setup or configuration issues to ensure accurate program starts.
• Document best practices and refine internal workflows for ICHRA operations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in customer service or operations.
• Familiarity with ICHRA regulations and health insurance marketplaces.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
