💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician on the 2nd shift. You'll be expected to repair damaged upholstery, glass, and plastic in a high-tech Inspection Center. You'll receive a $4000 bonus and perks like 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners
• Color match and dye cloth and fabric
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in glass

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
